"Booking hiccup and a bit of a runaround"
I ran into a glitch with my booking, and while support did respond, I felt like I was being passed between people without getting a clear answer. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’m still not sure what the actual fix is, which has been frustrating.

Overall it was okay, but I was annoyed by the extra fees that showed up later. The communication wasn’t very clear, so I felt like I didn’t really know what I was agreeing to until it was too late.

"Confusing insurance options that left a bad feeling"
I booked a flight through esky.com, and the whole travel insurance part just rubbed me the wrong way. It wasn’t one clear thing, it was more like this weird back-and-forth where I kept feeling like I should know what I was choosing, but I didn’t.

The options didn’t feel very clear to me, and I had to click around more than I expected just to figure out what was actually included. Then by the time I got to checkout, the prices seemed different from what I thought I was agreeing to, which made the whole thing feel even more off.

Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it was just confusing and frustrating. I left with this strong feeling that I paid extra for something without really understanding what I got, and I definitely didn’t feel good about it

"Got it sorted, but the wait was a lot"
Booking went okay in the end, but getting help took way longer than I expected. I was just sitting there waiting for a reply, which got frustrating. To be fair, they did answer my question and sort it out—well, eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just definitely not a quick one.

"Site is a mess and no one seems to take responsibility"
I had such a frustrating time using the site. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and when I finally got to checkout, it kept freezing on me. What made it worse was that it felt like nobody took ownership of the issue—just a lot of passing it around with no real help. Really disappointing experience...

"Phone support works when it wants to"
Booking was fine overall, but trying to find a phone number was way more annoying than it should’ve been. It kind of feels like their phone support works when it wants to. Once I finally got through, the person helping me was nice and handled it okay, but I really wish the number was easier to find and support felt more available.

"Tickets came through faster than expected"
I booked my flight through eSky the ticket came through quickly. I got the email not long after paying, which was a relief. A friend had recommended trying them, so I figured I’d give it a shot. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because one part of the booking page felt a little confusing, but overall it was a good experience.

"Felt like I was going to lose money booking there"
I checked flights on esky.com, but the prices were noticeably higher than what I found directly on the airline’s site. Then the extra fees started adding up, and I just had that feeling I’d be throwing money away if I booked there. I didn’t want to risk overpaying, so I ended up buying the ticket somewhere else for less.

"Refund is taking forever"
I booked through eSky and then ended up needing to cancel. trying to get my refund has been a nightmare, like seriously frustrating frustrating. They keep sending me the same copy-and-paste replies with no real update and no clear date for when my money is coming back. The airline told me it was already processed, but eSky still hasn’t paid me. I’m really fed up at this point and I definitely won’t use them again.

I tried picking my seats, but they didn’t end up saving, haha. It was a bit frustrating having to deal with it again.

"Still haven’t heard back"
I emailed esky a few days ago about my booking and I’m still waiting for a reply. Sent another message too, but no answer yet. It’s frustrating when you need help quickly and just get nothing back. Really annoying tbh.

"Payment was a headache"
I tried paying twice and it just wouldn’t go through, then my bank suddenly showed a pending charge anyway. It did get sorted out later, but at the time it was stressful and kind of annoying. Not great.

"Ended up costing more than I expected"
From what I remember, the booking itself went through fine and wasn’t really the issue. It was the extra fees that caught me off guard and made the total feel higher than what I thought I was paying. Looking back, I don’t think it was the best value, and next time I’ll probably check the airline’s site directly before booking

I had a bit of a mixed experience. Part of me feels like things were okay, but there were a few moments that came across as kind of questionable and made me unsure if I fully trust them. Maybe it was just the way they handled things, but it left me feeling a little uneasy.

"Boarding pass came way too late!!!"
I paid thinking esky.com would just sort out my boarding pass for me, but it ended up arriving really late and made check-in way more stressful than it needed to be!!! I had to keep chasing it myself, which was so annoying!!! Definitely won’t be using them again!!!

I tried to change my flight, it was kind of a mess. I kept getting passed around, replies were slow, and I wasn’t really sure who was supposed to help me. The airline told me one thing, eSky told me something else, and in the end I still didn’t have a clear answer. It just felt like nobody really wanted to deal with it. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’d use them again.
